Growing up as a competitive tennis player, I was always looking for a way to keep track of all the matches and tournaments I played in, but was never able find a good system other than handwriting everything down in a notebook. I designed this app to fill that need.

Tennis Journal allows players to easily track tournaments, matches, and opponents they have played, as well as advanced match statistics and goals to help improve their game.

Building this app was a great opportunity to practice JavaScript fundamentals while creating an entertaining game for users to play.

Some skills that are used in the logic of this app include selecting elements with JQuery, adding event listeners, storing information with localStorage, playing audio files, and use of async await to add a delay between each color shown in the sequence at the start of each level.
